1. Who we are

MaxGamez is a brand of Max Hisham Adel, a sole proprietorship registered in Egypt. Address: 1 Roxy Square, Heliopolis (Masr El Gedida), Cairo, Egypt. Email: hello@maxgamez.com. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, write to us at hello@maxgamez.com.

2. This website

This website shows information about MaxGamez and our games. It has no user accounts, newsletter, purchases, advertising or visitor analytics, and it uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your language choice is stored only in your own browser, so the next page opens in the same language.

If you contact us, the contact form opens your own email app with your message ready to send. When you send it, or email us directly, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and keep them for as long as the conversation needs, and then delete them. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.

3. Hosting

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you open a page, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Cloudflare uses it to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Fonts and images come from our own site, not from third parties.

4. Our games

Word Lake · Cairo Jam · Road Siege

Our games do not have user accounts or cloud saves, and they do not ask for your name, email address, contacts or precise location. Your game progress is saved on your device. If Android backup is turned on, your device may also include game data in your own Google account backup, which Google manages. Our games use the following services:

Ads (Google AdMob)

Our games show ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google receives information from your device, such as the advertising ID, IP address (which reveals your approximate location), device and app information, and how you interact with ads. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before ads are personalised, and you can change your choice later. Anywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

In-app purchases (Google Play and RevenueCat)

Purchases inside our games are paid through Google Play. We never see your payment details, and Google's own privacy policy covers the payment itself. We use RevenueCat, a service that checks purchases and delivers what you bought. It receives your purchase history in the game (such as the order number, the item and the date), a random ID that the game creates for your purchases, and basic technical details needed to connect, such as your IP address and your language and currency settings. Uses Google AdMob for ads, and Google Play with RevenueCat for in-app purchases, as described above.

Cairo Jam

Uses Google AdMob for ads, and Google Play with RevenueCat for in-app purchases, as described above.

5. Legal bases

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for personalised ads, on the purchase agreement for in-app purchases, and on our legitimate interest in running, protecting and funding our website and games for everything else.

6. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above (Google, RevenueCat and Cloudflare), who process it on our behalf or under their own policies. They may process it in countries outside your own, including the United States, with the safeguards those providers offer.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, write to us at hello@maxgamez.com. Because our games have no accounts, the data Google holds for ads is linked to your advertising ID; resetting or deleting it in your device settings breaks that link. For purchase records, include your Google Play order number so we can find them.

8. Children

Our games are made for players aged 13 and over and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We will update this policy and its date when our website or games change how they handle data.
